Christmas Delivery

U.K orders places before 7th of December will be guaranteed before Christmas. I cannot guarantee International orders will arrive before Christmas.

Changes in the EU

Orders will be sent tracked, delivery times can depend on the country. 

Due to brexit, EU orders may be subject to additional import/customs tax which is out of my hands. If you do not accept these charges then the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are effected by this, then please get in touch with me first and we’ll see what options we have.

Delivery

U.K. Orders are packed and ready to be shipped within 3 working days. Standard delivery is 1st class Signed for and Express delivery is next day tracked. Delivery gets cheaper with multiple purchases. Free Delivery over £90.

Rest of Europe: Orders outside the UK, items will be sent via a courier, tracked.

USA/Canada: International import taxes aren’t included in delivery.

COVID-19

Due to the current COVID-19 situation there could be a slight delay in delivery, however there have been no issues so far, most orders in the UK have been received within 1-2 of ordering.

Returns

Due to the one off nature of my woodwork, I don’t accept returns, however I want you to be truly satisfied so please contact me if there is any issue or you have any questions.
